We renamed her “Scout”. Everyday she tackles a fear of some sort. Last night she walked in and out of the house for the first time on her own accord! That’s a big deal! She’s afraid of the front door, so I’ve slowly moved her food bowl into her discomfort zone in an effort to change her perception of that area. It’s obviously working!
She loves my other dogs and they play constantly! It’s taken her a while to know how to do that, but she’s a quick learner.
I was able to get her clued in to a perimeter collar a bit sooner than I expected, which has allowed her a great deal of freedom around the house. She doesn’t actually want to leave the yard anyhow, so it’s not been a struggle at all.
She’s eating well, drinking well, and doing well! We love her!
